Found this place on Yelp on our way to San Francisco. We wanted a quick bite for breakfast but didn't want fast food. We ordered the #23 Breakfast Sandwich w/avocado, fresh Oj and a breakfast burrito. The food is made to order, reasonably priced and it was good. Staff is friendly, clean dining area.

TLDR: I should've got the burrito! This place has no frills, but that's not a bad thing! You walk in and order at the counter, and your food is brought to whichever table you choose. I got the french toast with ham (I'd asked for bacon but it's okay) and a hash brown instead of country potatoes. My boyfriend got the strawberry pancakes with ham as well. Everything was good! Just don't expect a Denny's or IHOP style meal. Also this place is cash only, so remember to bring some!

This is one of my go to breakfast place or when I simply want a fresh OJ ‼‼NOTE: CASH ONLY‼‼ if you do not have cash there is an atm nearby that charges you money. I believe it is $2.5 per transaction. There are plenty of seats. Remember to clean after yourself. I always order the breakfast burrito ($11.50) There is sausage, bacon, eggs, hash brown, ham, and cheese. The bacon is crunchy salty and delicious. They also give you a side of homemade salsa which is bomb. The Oj is fresh ($6). Squeezed fresh. Probably some added sugar cuz it always tastes the same. I drank a little in the pic. Never tried other items on the menu but they look promising.

Good spot for breakfast burritos in the area! Not my favorite but I love the addition of hashbrowns in the burrito. I thought this was unique as other places I've gone to doesn't incorporate hashbrowns as the potato filling. The salsa they use is fresh and I love adding tapatio to give the burrito some spice. My only complaint is I don't like how theres a big piece of ham wrapped in the inside. Sometimes when I eat the burrito, big pieces of ham come out and it gets messy. Or if I take a bite, I get all ham compared to other fillings.

Still a top-tier breakfast burrito. I don't know why other places won't make the same crisp. It's so good with the pico and with ranch.

Locals know this is the spot for two things and they're not coffee and donuts. Breakfast burritos and hashbrowns. That's the spirit of Rose Cafe. It's not a fancy burrito, but it's the perfect amount of food for a light lunch. No frills atmosphere, tight parking lot. I find it funny how the Wendy's in the same plaza has a large breakfast burrito poster advertising across the street. The burrito has some hashbrown, ham, sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese. Comes with a little contisner of salsa. You'll need two, ask for more. Great textbook breakfast burrito when you want something that checks the boxes. I myself prefer Cafe Rosalina and Greenlee's, but this is not a bad alternative at all. 4/5.

Rose's was the go to spot back in high school at their previous location. They still have great breakfast burritos (although prices have bumped up like other restaurants nearby). It is definitely a go-to order for most folks. Huge plus from previous review is that they take credit card and venmo now (without any additional charges). Parking is relatively available out front.
